Return Policy

Online Purchase - Return Policy

We offer a 65-day return policy, which means you have 65 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without an approved request will not be accepted.

We are unable to reimburse any shipping costs for return labels that are purchased independently, as we will provide a return shipping label when your return request is approved.

Returns must be shipped back in external packaging. If a shipping label is placed directly on your product, or it's packaging, your return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Our system cannot process refunds to any alternative payment methods. If your original payment method is no longer active, store credit will be provided.

If your return is not accepted, due to it not being aligned with our return policy, and you would like your item shipped back to you, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost.

Return Shipping

  • A flat-rate shipping fee of $9 will be deducted from your refund total unless you paid for shipping protection at checkout.

  • If we sent you the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

International Returns

We are unable to provide international return shipping labels. If your order was shipped outside the U.S., you will need to cover the return shipping cost.

Product Descriptions & Variations

Please read product descriptions carefully. Color variations may occur, and returns will not be accepted based on color discrepancies.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Exclusive products (check product description)

  • Custom Built Products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@lbskate.com so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


In-store Purchases - Return Policy

We have a 15 day return window to be eligible for an in-store return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns not accepted on the following items: Custom Built Completes, Gripped Skateboard Decks, Helmets, Hats, Socks, or Any item with visible wear or creases.  If for some reason there is a manufacturers defect, we will take the extra step to contact manufacturer for the best method of replacement or return. 

Prebuilt completes, and all Roller Skates are subject to a 25% restocking fee for a return. 

When purchased with credit card, the return will be processed on the same card.  Please provide credit card and photo id to match.

If you are purchasing for the entertainment industry, please choose items carefully, as we have a strict policy on returns.  We do not offer entertainment industry purchase & return agreements, or short term rentals on new items.
