Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST will ship the same day, excluding weekends and shipping holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or shipping holiday will ship the next business day. Some exclusions apply.

We carefully pack and ship every order, but the delivery of an order is the responsibility of the shipping provider. Shipping claims are only approved by the shipping provider if they mark the package lost or damaged. Unfortunately, orders marked as delivered by the shipping provider are not eligible for a refund.
Exclusive Products will have to pay for shipping regardless of promos and free shipping threshold
Shipping times may be delayed during the holiday season due to an increased order volume.
