Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST will usually ship the same day, excluding weekends and shipping holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or shipping holiday will ship the next business day. Some exclusions apply.

We carefully pack and ship every order, but the delivery of an order is the responsibility of the shipping provider. Shipping claims are only approved by the shipping provider if they mark the package lost or damaged. Unfortunately, orders marked as delivered by the shipping provider are not eligible for a refund.
If an order is returned to sender or delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer (such as a missing unit number or an incorrect or misspelled address), the customer is responsible to cover the cost of reshipping. However, in the event of a shipping mistake made by us, we will happily reship your order free of charge.
Exclusive Products will have to pay for shipping regardless of promos and free shipping threshold
