Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST will usually ship the same business day, excluding weekends and shipping holidays. Orders placed on weekends or shipping holidays will ship the next business day. Some exclusions apply. For example, all Classic Decks ship separately from a different warehouse and require 2–5 business days for processing and shipping.

We carefully pack and ship every order, but the delivery of an order is the responsibility of the shipping provider. Shipping claims are only approved by the shipping provider if they mark the package lost or damaged. Unfortunately, orders marked as delivered by the shipping provider are not eligible for a refund.
If an order is returned to sender or delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer (such as a missing unit number or an incorrect or misspelled address), the customer is responsible to cover the cost of reshipping. However, in the event of a shipping mistake made by us, we will happily reship your order free of charge.
Shipping Protection
We offer optional Shipping Protection for $7.95 per order.
If Shipping Protection Is Selected
Shipping Protection includes:
- Coverage for packages officially marked as lost or damaged by the shipping carrier
- Free return shipping on eligible returns
Please note:
- Exclusive products remain non-returnable
- Packages marked as “Delivered” are not automatically eligible for reimbursement or replacement
- Refunds or replacements require the shipping carrier to officially classify the package as lost or damaged
If Shipping Protection Is Declined
By declining Shipping Protection:
- LB Skate is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Exclusive Products will have to pay for shipping regardless of promos and free shipping threshold. (please check product description)
Shipping times may be delayed during the holiday season due to an increased order volume.
